Spend a day at Symphony Space
Alison Feller | April 16, 2009

New York City is often dubbed as the city that never sleeps. It also never stops dancing. If you're in the area, swing on over to Manhattan's Symphony Space, one of New York's most acclaimed performing arts centers, to get your dose of dance.

On April 25, check out The Dance Sampler: Blues in the Night. This mini-marathon features an extravaganza of performances in a diverse range of genres, including a spotlight on the choreography of 12 of New York's emerging choreographers (Ronald K. Brown/Evidence, David Parker and Nicole Wolcott, to name a few). Then, on April 28, you can watch the Dance in HD presentation of La Scala Ballet's "Mediterranea" on the big screen.

You won't want to miss out on these awesome April events. For more, visit www.symphonyspace.org.
