Be a Knicks Dancer!
Dance team auditions are right around the corner, and one of the biggest is happening in NYC. Here’s your chance to be a Knicks City Dancer!
The famous group will be hosting their annual KCD NYC Experience audition clinic on June 20. This workshop is a must-attend if you plan to audition! (For more details, check out my column in our October 2007 issue, p. 58.)
Open auditions will be held the following week on June 28. If you are lucky enough to get a callback, be prepared to dance again on June 29 and throughout training camp, which consists of endurance testing and “make-overs,” July 7–10. Finally, the celeb/guest panel of judges will narrow the group down to 16 new team members and five finalists for an online vote. Those five finalists will then be narrowed to the top two, who will be put in a “dance-off.” The winner will be the final member! For details: click here
