Are you curious about what goes on behind the scenes at your favorite magazine? You’re in luck, because Dance Spirit is searching for an intern for Summer 2013!
If writing about dance, helping out at photo shoots and hanging with the coolest editorial team on the block seems like your dream job, just send a cover letter, updated resume and two writing samples to Hanna Rubin at hrubin@dancemedia.com. Be sure to put “summer internship application” in the subject line and specify that you’re interested in interning for Dance Spirit (internships are also available at our sister publications, Dance Magazine, Pointe and Dance Teacher.)
Internships are unpaid and require a minimum two-day-a-week, onsite commitment through August at our office in NYC. We can offer school credit to college students, and we do not accept high school students. Preference is given to college juniors and seniors.
The deadline is February 1, so act fast. We can’t wait to meet you!
