P!nk, known for her high-flying, acrobatic awards show sets, has literally raised the bar for pop stars everywhere. For her performance at last night's American Music Awards, P!nk decided to break out some flips and tricks ON THE SIDE OF A BUILDING. WHILE FLAWLESSLY SINGING HER FACE OFF. You know, just casually, like you do when you're a full-on goddess.
As I'm sure you've heard by now, Pink pretty much stole the show at Sunday night's American Music Awards with the performance of her hit song, "Try." And by stole the show we mean brought the house down and knocked the socks off every person watching.
Sure, I knew she was talented. But a dancer, singer, aerialist, gymnast?! I had no idea. The performance, choreographed by RJ Durell and Nick Florez, was something I'm used to seeing on the "So You Think You Can Dance" stage—not at the AMAs. The choreo was intricate, technical and emotional. But Pink and her dance partner, Colt Prattes, made it look like a piece of cake. (Read more about the artists behind Pink's performance here.)
You're probably dying to see this stellar performance. So, without further ado, meet Pink, the dancer (singer, aerialist, gymnast, most awesome rock star ever!):
