Dermatologists agree that too much dry shampoo can seriously sabotage your hair. Dry shampoo isn't actually shampoo but a powder formula that absorbs oil. So the more (actual) shampoos you skip, the more oils, sweat and formula build up on your scalp, potentially irritating your skin. Instead, use dry shampoo sparingly and consider alternatives like baby powder, which brushes out easily with little to no residue.
