There are some things that I consider extemely important in my life: fitness, nutrition and the Cavalier Girls! This month, my favorite personal trainer, John Henry Creel of Mind and Body Fitness in Beachwood, Ohio, is combining all three in a program called Teen and Lean for girls ages 13 to 18. The six-week program will teach teenagers how to develop a healthy routine for diet and exercise. And, if they choose, they can learn hip-hop routines from my alum group, the Cav's Girls! How cool is that?
