In desperate need of a vacation? Hop in the car (or on a plane, bus or train) and head to Saratoga Springs, NY! On Monday, July 8, the National Museum of Dance will host a Dancers' Health Day that you don't want to miss.
The FREE program features a bunch of experts that will share their best advice for keeping your mind and body in top shape, including tips about:
-physical therapy and rehabilitation
-proper pointe shoe fitting
-pilates for dancers
And bonus! All participants will get to take a free tour of the museum's 2013 exhibits, including EN POINTE, the giant pointe shoe exhibit! Click here for more info about Dancers' Health Day.
